Brittany Elway ("I," "me," or "my") operates the website at https://brittanyelleway.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes what information I collect, how I use it, with whom I share it, and the choices you have.
What I collect
When you submit a booking inquiry, I collect the contact and intake details you provide (name or alias, email, pronouns, the service track you're inquiring about, your interests, hard limits, scheduling notes). I do not require legal name or photo identification at the inquiry stage.
How I use it
Inquiry information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate any session that follows. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.
How it's stored
Inquiries are sent to my private inbox via the NSMedia contact worker. The Site itself does not store inquiry data. Access to the inbox is limited to me.
Your choices
You can request deletion of any communications by emailing brittany@brittanyelleway.com.
