By accessing https://brittanyelleway.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Site. Submitting a booking inquiry constitutes a representation that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Services

Sessions are private adult-themed engagements between consenting adults. Sessions are not, and shall not be construed as, an exchange of money for any sexual act. Booking and conduct are governed by the terms negotiated in your interview, and by the Limits and FAQ sections of the Site.

Deposits

All sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice; further rescheduling is at my discretion.

Discretion

I do not disclose client information. You agree, in turn, to keep communications and session content private and to not record any communication without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
